Our Commitment

Crafting is for everyone, and we believe our calculators should be too. StitchCalc is committed to making the site usable by as many people as possible, including those who use assistive technologies such as screen readers, keyboard navigation, or screen magnification.

Conformance Status

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. The site is currently partially conformant, meaning some parts of the site may not yet fully meet the standard. We're actively working to close those gaps.

Measures We Take

• Labels on all calculator inputs so screen readers can announce what each field is for
• Keyboard operability — calculators can be used without a mouse
• Color contrast chosen to keep text readable against backgrounds
• Semantic HTML (headings, lists, landmarks) to make pages easy to navigate
